“When the radiant heating system in our adobe home failed, Salazar Heating and Refrigeration installed an entirely new heating and cooling system on the roof of our home, as well as a system of ductwork that required penetrations throughout the walls of our home. After hearing horror stories from homeowners with similar problems, we were amazed with the courtesy, competence, efficiency and skill of Salazar Heating and Refrigeration. In addition to meeting all of the technical requirements for installation in the home (and saving all of the beautiful tile work), they even worked with our Homeowner’s Association to comply with the exterior aesthetic requirements, including boxing and painting the duct work. The system has worked like a charm and we now have a seasonal service contract with them for routine maintenance. We were so pleased with their service and professionalism that we also hired them for our business, which is located in an historical adobe in town, and they have served us well in both locations!”
